UCSL is pleased to share with you that the following MSC Certification Program Documents have been updated and released:

• MSC Forced and Child Labour Eligibility Requirements – effective date: June 18, 2026. For use with: MSC Fisheries Certification Process v2.3 onwards. Supersedes: MSC Labour Eligibility Requirements v1.0 (changes: Removed requirements pertaining to 3rd party labour audits. Changed document name from MSC Labour Eligibility Requirements to MSC Forced and Child Labour Eligibility Requirements).

• MSC Objection Process v2.1 - effective date: February 27, 2026. For use with: MSC Fisheries Certification Process v2.2 onwards. Supersedes: MSC Disputes Process v2.0 (changes: Revision of CAB Right to reply timing to include IA review, Addition of ASI directed timeline for CAB resolution of Objection Findings Minor editorial changes).

Therefore, updated versions of the following supporting documents have been released:
